So the spam bots seem to have gotten really bad lately... probably posting more than the actual contributors. This same problem happened at another comics board I frequent, so they changed formats, and it got rid of the problem completely. They're both phpBB boards, so I'm not really sure what the difference is. Perhaps it's just extra security on registration. Yeah I'm just going to make it so new users have to be confirmed by admins before they can post. I was hoping I didn't have to do that, but after the spam bomb this weekend it's gotta be done.
